Meet the Team
The vision for GGOD (Girls & Guys of Deliverance) began as a seed planted in Tiffany’s heart, a calling to serve, uplift, and bring healing to those in need. When she shared this vision with Bernice, the two joined in faith to form what would become Girls of Deliverance. With the love and support of Tiffany’s sisters, Hilda and Ingrid, the foundation was strengthened through prayer, service, and community outreach. Though Bernice is no longer with the organization, her passion, ideas, and contributions remain a meaningful part of GGOD’s foundation and story. As the ministry grew, God led Tiffany to Dean, the first man to join the team, marking a new chapter as Girls & Guys of Deliverance. Today, GGOD continues to grow, uniting men and women standing side by side in faith, healing, and deliverance.

GGOD was founded by Tiffany, who turned her personal journey into a mission to help others. After years of serving in missions and community outreach, she saw the need for a safe place where people could find support, healing, and encouragement. GGOD provides resources, mentorship, and a strong community to help individuals overcome challenges and rebuild their lives. As the Founder and Executive Director, Tiffany is a passionate leader dedicated to making a difference. She has a heart for helping people heal and grow, using her experience in outreach and mentorship to guide the mission of GGOD. Under her leadership, the organization continues to be a source of hope, support, and transformation for those in need.
Ingrid is our Creative Manager, bringing ideas to life through impactful designs across media and social platforms. With creativity rooted in faith, she leads with purpose and vision, inspiring others through her work and example. A proud mother of two and dedicated military wife, Ingrid embodies strength, resilience, and empowerment, living each day guided by the Word of God.

Hilda serves as the Director of Ministry Services and Finance Manager. She combines her passion for ministry with her background in finance to support the organization’s mission. She assists with coordinating spiritual programs and life groups while also contributing to financial management. Her dedication and faith have been key in inspiring growth and empowering others to thrive spiritually.
Dean is the first man to join Girls & Guys of Deliverance, stepping into the organization with a powerful story of transformation. Coming from a broken background and walking through recovery, Dean’s journey is a testimony of God’s grace and restoration.
Now a devoted man of faith, Dean leads Kingdom Men, our men’s ministry, where he empowers other men to overcome their past, grow spiritually, and lead with purpose. His heart for service and authenticity inspires others to see that no matter where you’ve been, God can still use your story for His glory.

Lauren is stepping into the Marketing role with Girls & Guys of Deliverance, bringing her passion for creativity, strategy, and service to the ministry. Rooted in faith and family, she approaches every project with purpose and heart, using her marketing experience to help spread the message of hope and transformation. With a heart to serve and a spirit led by God, Lauren seeks to uplift others, share truth through her work, and glorify Him in all she does.
